RETURNS
In the event that you have received a faulty item Envirostyle Byron Bay is happy to offer you your choice of either a refund, repair or replacement within 14 days of purchase. We will not offer refunds simply because you have changed your mind.
In order to obtain a full refund all we require is that:
- The item is still new
- Any tags are still attached (including barcodes)
- The item(s) are still in their original packaging
We have the right to not accept returns for items that are not in new condition / not in the original packaging. All costs involved in returning an item for refund or exchange will be at purchasers’ expense.
Returns Procedure to return your purchase please follow this easy procedure:
- Contact admin@envirostyle.com.au to advise us that you would like to return your faulty purchase to us. You will be given a returns authorisation number for your reference.
- Please package you purchase either in your own packaging for posting or an express post satchel. Either one is fine; all we require is a tracking number for your postage. If you do not supply us with this number we will not be able to take any responsibility for your return not arriving to us. Please then email this tracking number with your return authorisation number to admin@envirostyle.com.au
- Please send your return parcel to: Envirostyle Byron Bay 35 Unara Parkway, Cumbalum, NSW 2478, Australia.
DAMAGED GOODS
Please examine your order immediately upon receipt for any damage. All instruments and accessories are examined and verified to be in perfect condition when packed. All orders are packaged according to the standards of the appropriate carrier.

Free shipping for all orders with a value over $100.00 - 3 to 7 business days via Australia Post Parcel Post registered tracking service or use Australia Express Post* service - 1 to 2 business days $20.00
All orders with a value up to $99.99 will incur a $10.00 flat rate shipping charge - 3 to 7 business days via Australia Post Parcel Post registered tracking service or use Australia Express Post* service - 1 to 2 business days $20.00
*Express Post is available to domestic (Australia) shipping only.

Free shipping for all orders with a value over $100.00 - via Australia Post Parcel Post registered tracking service.
All orders with a value up to $10.00 will incur a $10.00 flat rate shipping charge - via Australia Post letter service.
All orders with a value up to $99.99 will incur a $25.00 flat rate shipping charge - via Australia Post Parcel Post registered tracking service.
